The Per-Gola restaurant is located inside Hotel La Pergola**** in Lignano Sabbiadoro, a beautifully renovated farmhouse where every moment of the day becomes a true taste of experience.
Authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and homemade cuisine reflect our passion for the region, enhancing Mediterranean and Friulian traditions in a welcoming atmosphere surrounded by greenery.
Light Lunch
From 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM, we offer a light lunch service with fresh salads, first and main courses, burgers, and other tasty options.
You can enjoy your lunch in our cozy indoor dining-room overlooking the greenery, in our garden, or by our pool, for a relaxed and pleasant break.
Dinner
Let yourself be delighted by the cuisine of Chef Giorgio, who every evening offers dishes inspired by Mediterranean tradition, prepared with passion and local ingredients. Every Saturday, the menu is enriched with specialties from the Friulian tradition.
Dinner is served from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM in the charming veranda with large windows overlooking the greenery, creating an elegant and relaxing atmosphere.
Our Maître, Giulia, will be happy to recommend the best wine pairings from the Collio and Colli Orientali del Friuli regions, enhancing each course.
When booking, you can choose the half-board option, which includes a 3-course menu (starter, main course, and dessert) with a vegetable buffet.
For those who prefer more flexibility, it is also possible to dine à la carte from the daily menu, with the following options:
- “Easy” Formula
Choice of either a first course or a main course (meat, fish, or vegetarian) with vegetable buffet
€25.00 per person - “Premium” Formula
Choice of both a first course and a main course (meat, fish, or vegetarian) with vegetable buffet
€35.00 per person

The Chef is always available to create dedicated options for guests with intolerances or specific dietary needs.
The restaurant is also open to external guests – by reservation.
